What do your agreements cost?
We custom tailor our agreements based on the needs of each client. Some clients prefer to just place their critical infrastructure under contract and pay by the hour for their computers and peripherals, some prefer to pay for a certain number of hours per month to be spent any way necessary, and some prefer all-inclusive agreements covering everything that may come up at a flat rate.
We also have clients who have us on a retainer agreement to be available at any time to supplement their existing staff with overflow or special projects.
What equipment do you support?
We support all sorts of equipment. You do not need to purchase it from us to have us support it. We are willing to undergo training from a vendor not listed here to learn the platform(s) that you utilize so that we can best serve you.
