What equipment do you support?
We support all sorts of equipment. You do not need to purchase it from us to have us support it. We are willing to undergo training from a vendor not listed here to learn the platform(s) that you utilize so that we can best serve you.
How do your contracts work?
We have different options for a retainer contract. We can either do a base retainer to ensure a certain response time for emergencies to a completely inclusive contract including both network infrastructure equipment and other network devices such as desktops, laptops, printers, smart devices, and other peripherals.
